I hold this book in high regard. Self-love is about setting boundaries.
Among other things, David R. Hawkins’ map of consciousness is described in this book. As the energetic frequency increases, your field of vision also expands. This literally means that the better you feel in your own skin (muscle relaxation), the more solutions you can come up with for an ongoing problem. The worse you feel in your own skin, the greater the chance of, among other things, tunnel vision.
“With a value of 20, shame is an emotion in which you experience the most tension in your body. I hadn’t expected that myself until I read an explanation by Hawkins. He says: “Shame is perilously proximal to death.” Literally translated, this means: “Shame is dangerously close to death.” So be aware of what you are doing to yourself when you regularly feel shame.” Thus Mohammed Boulahrir, p. 47
“That is why it is so important to be yourself. Show yourself to the world as you are.”
